For Organisations purchasing bulk card orders

  • How do I book my place?
    Booking is available on the IDGO Website. Due to high demand, we recommend booking as soon as possible to secure your spot.
  • How much does the event cost?
    The cost is £59.99 per person, which includes a three-course meal and a glass of bubbly.
  • Can I make changes or cancellations to my booking?
    Yes, but we ask for at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes. If we do not receive this notice, there will be a £10pp fee charged.
  • What ID do I need to bring?
    As this is an 18+ event, a valid photographic ID will be required for entry. If you do not have valid ID, you can purchase one via IDGO. For more information or to apply, contact us at info@i-dgo.com.
  • What’s the dress code for the event?
    Feel free to come in smart casual or your favorite festive attire! It’s all about celebrating and having a great time together.
  • What is the event date and time?
    The event will take place on 14th December, with dinner starting at 7:30 pm. The table is reserved for 2 hours, after which you're welcome to continue the night at the bar for drinks and dancing.
  • Is there live entertainment?
    Yes! Our evening will feature a piano vocalist during dinner and singing waiters who will perform your song requests while serving. Later in the evening, at 8:30 pm, our house band will take the stage, with a playlist entirely led by the audience!
  • Do I need to pre-order my meal?
    Yes, all guests will need to pre-order their starters and mains at least 14 days in advance. Once your reservation is confirmed, you'll receive a link to make your selections.
  • Will there be any other activities during the event?
    Yes, we’ll be hosting a Raffle with the chance to win festive prizes! Be sure to buy your raffle tickets for a chance to win.
  • Is there a refund policy?
    Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided, as we have already secured and paid for the booking.
  • What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?
    Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergens when making your pre-order or upon arrival. We will do our best to accommodate, though we cannot guarantee complete absence of cross-contamination due to shared kitchen space.
